Ingredients

50 grams of Tapioca

½ can of Coconut milk

½ cup of Almond milk

2 Vanilla ice cream balls

1 Chopped mango

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring two cups of water to a boil.

Step 2 : Once the water is boiling, add the tapioca and turn off the heat, letting it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3 : Then, strain the tapioca and set aside.

Step 4 : In a separate saucepan, heat the almond milk and coconut milk over medium heat.

Step 5 : Once heated, add the cooked tapioca.

Step 6 : Cook over low heat until the tapioca is transparent.

Step 7 : After cooking, remove from heat and add the ice cream balls to melt and mix with the other ingredients for sweetness.

Step 8 : Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 9 : To serve, you can accompany with an additional scoop of ice cream, chopped mango, and a few mint leaves.
